No Win No Fee
We do not ask you for money on account for running the claim. We will fund this on your behalf.
We can handle your claim under a No Win No Fee Agreement, also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement:
- If the claim fails we cannot bill you for any time spent on the claim
- If the claim succeeds then the other side have to pay your costs and success fee
After the event
Legal expense insurance
We take out After The Event insurance to cover the other sides fees and the expenses of running the claim such as medical report and court fees. This does not have to be paid until the end of the claim and is then paid for by the other side if you win or by itself if you lose – either way you are in the clear.
Before the event

- Even if your insurers want to send you to their usual firm, you have the right to choose!
- Legal Expense Insurers will send you to firms that pay them for your claim. Remember you have the right to choose.
